On Sunday, January 22, 2012 is again the annual meeting of the club held.
This will once more at the Eastern Plaza Utrecht wok restaurant in Elst (in Veenendaal) held.
The meeting:
starts at 15:00 (for directors to 14:00).
During the meeting, the Board shall (owner) members to form on the state of affairs of the club.
Both financially and events for 2012.
All members and owner-members are invited to this meeting to come.
Note that only the owner-members have voting rights. But members or not members should always
or give comments. So have you any comments, ideas for an event or other
regarding the club, come to the meeting ...!
Are you not able to come to the meeting, but you still want to turn the board,
contribute ideas, (built up) criticism. Send (until January 15, 2012) an e-mail to Rob van Velzen

Towards the end of the meeting is the board dinner (woks)
